TWO DISCRETELY-SCREENED WELLS AT LOCATION OF PROPOSED WELL MW-11 An additional well will be installed at the location of proposed well MW-I1 (which will be renumbered MW-12) that is described in the work plan. This will result in installation of a cluster of two new wells at that location. Well MW-12 will have a total depth of 23 ft. and will be screened in the interval between 7 and 22 ft. BGS. MW-12A will have a total depth of 36 ft. and will be screened over the interval 30 to 35 ft BGS. t LOCATION OF PROPOSED WELLS MW-9 AND MW-10 Subject to field adjustment, based on data gathered from the first push-probe boring and other wells installed as part of the extended site characterization program, Well MW-9 will be installed as shown on the work plan. If appropriate, a second well, MW-10, will be located further south on the east side of Chrisman Road, north of West 11 th Street at a point that might supplement Well MW-9 and possibly aid in the detection of any analytes of concern in groundwater that might be migrating in the direction of the water supply well at 23950 Chrisman Road. (Originally proposed Well MW-10 will be installed,but will be renumbered MW-11). The final locations of Wells 9 and 10 will be selected in the field by application of the methods recommended in the Unites States Environmental Protection Agency's guidance document Expedited Site Assessment Tools for Underground Storage Tank Sites—A Guide for Regulators, published in March 1997.
