The <br /> fee is due and payable at the time of building permit application. The fee currently is <br /> $2,882.00 per single-family dwelling unit in the Stockton area. The fee shall be <br /> automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index <br /> as published by the Engineering News Record. (Resolutions R-90-304 and R-91-1025) <br /> k. The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee will be required when the parcels are <br /> developed.
