MORAVA M.A.C.
c/o EMILE ATWOOD
1500 TUDOR ROSE
STOCKTON, CA 95212
PLANNING COMMISSION l:
OF SAN JOAQUIN CO. NOV 181996
1810 E. HAZELTON AVE COMMUNITY 0tvtull'MEyj DEPT.STc)CKTOIv, CA 95205 PLANNING DIVISION
November l3, 1996
MORADA MEADOWS SUBDIVISION
JIM CARROLL DEVELOPER
Planning Commission,
This letter is in response to Mr. Carroll request for additional time to develop this subdivision.
The Morada M.A.C. opposes any extension of time for this subdivision and the development of
this subdivision for the following reasons:
1. There should be no extension of time as the developer has used this a number of times
in the past.
2. That this is agricultural land and should not be subdivided_
3. That infill of the Morada community should be accomplished subsequent to any new
development.
4. That this development will definitely cause an increase in traffic that is already at
girdlock at H,.tiy 99 and Hammer lane.
5. The schools in the area already over crowded.
6. The developer has yet to obtain the right of way for the storm water run off from the
detention basins.
If there are any further questions please contact at you earliest convenience.
I would also like to be placed on your mailing list and notified of any actions that might be of
interest to the Momda area.
Sincerely yours
Emile Atwood Chairman Morada. M_A.C.
