The proposed subdivision will be <br /> located between Canepa Road and Foppiano Lane, northeast of <br /> Stockton in San Joaquin County, California. A plot plan and <br /> vicinity map showing the approximate location of the proposed <br /> subdivision is presented on Plate I of this report. Reference is <br /> made to our geotechnical investigation report dated March 30, 1987, <br /> which was prepared for the subject subdivision. <br /> A preliminary plan provided to our firm indicates that the <br /> originally proposed approximate 69-acre subdivision in our <br /> geotechnical report has been reduced to approximately 40-acres and <br /> will contain thirty-seven approximate 44 , 000 to 50, 000 square-foot <br /> lots, surrounding several proposed streets and cul-de-sacs. For <br /> purposes of this report we have assumed that construction will <br /> consist of one single-family residence and one septic system per <br /> lot. Additional details of the planned construction are not known <br /> to our firm at this time. <br /> PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> This report is to satisfy San Joaquin County requirements as <br /> described in Ordinance No. 3323, Division 10, Chapter 2, Section 9- <br /> 10100, Item C. . Our scope of services was outlined in our proposal <br /> dated January 20, 1992 . Our services were initiated based on your <br /> written authorization of February 24, 1992 .
