The fee is due and <br /> payable at the time of building permit application. (The fee currently is$1799.00 per 1,000 <br /> gross square foot of building designated as Office in the Stockton area. The fee shall be <br /> automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as <br /> published by the Engineering News Record.) (A credit may be allowed if it can be verified <br /> that the existing development on this site was in operation on or after April 23, 1990.) <br /> (Resolutions 00-433) <br /> 4. The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee may be required for this development. <br /> E The fee is due and payable prior to issuance of the building permit. (The fee currently is <br /> $530.00 per 1,000 gross square foot of building designated as Office. The fee shall be <br /> automatically increased on January 1 of each year through the year 2005 at the rate of 7.66 <br /> percent.) (A credit may be allowed if it can be verified that the existing development on this <br /> site was in operation on or after April 30, 1991.) <br /> (Development Title Section 9-818.4 and Resolutions R-91-327, R-94-185 and R-97-5) <br /> 5. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> 6. Verification shall be obtained from the.Solid Waste Division (468-3066) that this <br /> development has met the requirements of the Waste Plan Format for Development Projects. <br /> Final Site Plan is required upon submittal of verification. <br /> 7. An on-site retention pond shall be provided to collect storm run-off from the site. The <br /> retention pond and collection system shall be designed in accordance with the latest edition <br /> of the San Joaquin County Improvement Standards. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1135.2) <br /> 8.
