Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be modified. A. State on revised site plans the maximum number of employees the sewage disposal system is being designed for and that the leach field area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area. This leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only, and it cannot contain any underground utility lines (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). In addition, applicant needs to show the 100% designated sewage disposal replacement area as required by the San Joaquin County Sewage Standards, NOTE: The wash rack was permitted on April 26, 1996, with an oil/sand separator installed prior to storm pond disposal. No steam cleaning is permitted into this wash rack. The revised map should show how roofing materials are going to be stored.
