The project site is located on the <br /> south side of Carpenter Road, 361 feet east of State Route 99 frontage road. <br /> (Use Type: Construction Services-Light). <br /> I The parcel has a General Plan designation and zoning of Limited Industrial. The <br /> parcel was previously the site for a Roto-Rooter operation and the applicant is <br /> not proposing any new structures. Existing uses include a 6,000 square foot <br /> office and warehouse building and an 800 square foot wash rack. The southern <br /> I and western property lines are adjacent to trucking yards and industrial office <br /> buildings.
