PA-0300337 <br /> (APN: 179-160-40) (3480 EAST CARPENTER ROAD, STOCKTON, CA 95215) <br /> E The applicant has submitted the above referenced Site Approval Application to <br /> establish a roofing contractor office and yard. The project site is located on the <br /> south side of Carpenter Road, 361 feet east of State Route 99 frontage road. <br /> (Use Type: Construction Services-Light). <br /> I The parcel has a General Plan designation and zoning of Limited Industrial. The <br /> parcel was previously the site for a Roto-Rooter operation and the applicant is <br /> not proposing any new structures. Existing uses include a 6,000 square foot <br /> office and warehouse building and an 800 square foot wash rack. The southern <br /> I and western property lines are adjacent to trucking yards and industrial office <br /> buildings. The eastern property line is adjacent to an undeveloped industrial lot. <br /> The northern property line has frontage along Carpenter Road. <br /> a <br /> i The Community Development Department has reviewed the proposed Site <br /> Approval Application and offers the following comments: <br /> Site Approval Application No. was approved by the Community Development <br /> Department on . The effective date of approval is .
