Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. State on revised site plans the maximum number of employees the sewage disposal system is <br /> being designed for and that the leach field area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, <br /> parked on, or used as a storage area. This leach field area must be used for that specific <br /> purpose only, and it cannot contain any underground utility lines (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). <br /> In addition, applicant needs to show the 100%designated sewage disposal replacement area <br /> as required by the San Joaquin County Sewage Standards. <br /> NOTE: The wash rack was permitted on April 26, 1996, with an oil/sand separator installed <br /> prior to storm pond disposal. No steam cleaning is permitted into this wash rack. The <br /> revised map should show how roofing materials are going to be stored. <br />
