First and <br /> foremost, we would like to let the San Joaquin County Community Development Department <br /> know that the Application Referral letters that were sent to us, as well as to our neighbors, <br /> were all received either a day before,the-day of, or in our case, the day after the deadline of <br /> May 4, 2018. We had no way of writing a letter to the county with our recommendations and <br /> concerns by the counties requested date. Our hope is that the Count;Development <br /> Department will take this into consideration and realize it is of no fault of our own. <br /> Application number PA=1500200 (SA) is the revised application to expand the existing <br /> poultry farm located at 30636 E. Carter Rd, Escalon. We are the owners of the 41.33 acre parcel <br /> located on the southeast corner of Henry and Carter Roads. We are the nearest neighbor to this <br /> poultry farm and have resided-at our 9336 S. Henry Rd address for 24 years. We are currently <br /> finishing up the construction of our family home.The nearest proposed building would be <br /> approx. 525 ft.from the back of our new home. We have several concerns in regards to this <br /> proposed project. Due to our experience in the past, we, along with several neighbors have had <br /> to contact Environmental Health and Valley Air District due to multiple problems during the <br />
