Since the project is located <br /> in the San Joaquin County area, County permits for work done in the street right-of-way will <br /> be required. <br /> Existing septic systems shall be abandoned in compliance with San Joaquin County Health <br /> Department requirements prior to the installation of a water meter and/or connection to the <br /> City sanitary sewer system. <br /> The City can provide sanitary sewer service to the subject property in accordance with the <br /> terms outlined in the Out of Agency Agreement between the City and Blossom Industrial <br /> Park. In addition, upon payment of all appropriate fees, charges, and approval and <br /> construction of all required utilities including master plan improvements, the City of Stockton <br /> can provide sanitary sewer service to the subject property. All necessary permits must be <br /> obtained before connection to City utilities is allowed. This letter only represents the <br /> condition of City's utility system at this time. This letter does not constitute a reservation of <br /> capacity, nor does it vest this property with any entitlements.
