In performing our <br /> procedural steps to accommodate your request, we have noted several <br /> significant items requiring completion. <br /> t As of this date these include the following: <br /> 1 . Full Compliance with the punch list dated September 21, 1993 . <br /> PAR COUNTRY ESTATES WELL <br /> A. Complete fence repairs at the Par Country Estates <br /> Well site. <br /> B. Complete arrangements for furnishing a replacement <br /> compressor to our Utilities Maintenance Division. <br /> HILLSIDE GREENS WELL <br /> A. Completion of chlorination facilities at the <br /> Hillside Greens Well site. <br /> B. Complete repair of the check valve. <br /> C. Furnish breathing apparatus. This was required in <br /> the original project specifications. Current <br /> regulations and standards require a fully self-- <br /> contained breathing apparatus vs. a canister type <br /> filtration unit . <br /> I <br />
