Seal pavement cracks on St. Andrews Court. <br /> B. Complete sidewalk repairs. <br /> It is noted that a final "Operational Review" of the water system <br /> equipment and controls is pending. Additional punch list items may <br /> result from that inspection. The completion of various other minor <br /> punch list items is being coordinated with Louis Petrini. <br /> 2 . Fulfillment of the requirements noted in our letter dated <br /> September 23 , 1993 . <br /> A. Completion of the wildlife foraging area, to the <br /> satisfaction of the California Department of Fish <br /> and Game. <br /> B. Completion of the on-site drainage systems is <br /> required. We have reviewed your request to delete <br /> the collector system, and allow sheet flow across <br /> the golf course. This is conceptually acceptable <br /> to the County, provided effective erosion control <br /> and retaining wall drainage is provided. This will <br /> be reviewed on a case by case basis, as a "site <br /> grading" issue related to your building permit. <br /> C. Completion of the secondary access roadway is <br /> required. <br /> D. Reproducible record drawings are required. <br /> E. Payment of past due Departmental costs is required. <br /> We have been in discussion with Bank of America <br /> f representatives on this issue, and have indicated <br /> our willingness to off-set our costs by the amount <br /> of prior year C. S.A. 16 fees paid by the bank. <br /> Documentation of these previous payments, and <br /> payment of the net amount due, is pending. <br /> F. Execution of the utility easement by Y Trac Golf and <br /> Country Club is required. We received an easement <br /> proposal from Mike Quartaroli, and are currently <br /> finalizing our review. Minor changes will be <br /> required prior to execution. These will be <br /> transmitted to Mike Quartaroli . <br />
