It is noted that a final "Operational Review" of the water system equipment and controls is pending. Additional punch list items may result from that inspection. The completion of various other minor punch list items is being coordinated with Louis Petrini. 2 . Fulfillment of the requirements noted in our letter dated September 23 , 1993 . A. Completion of the wildlife foraging area, to the satisfaction of the California Department of Fish and Game. B. Completion of the on-site drainage systems is required. We have reviewed your request to delete the collector system, and allow sheet flow across the golf course. This is conceptually acceptable to the County, provided effective erosion control and retaining wall drainage is provided. This will be reviewed on a case by case basis, as a "site grading" issue related to your building permit. C. Completion of the secondary access roadway is required. D. Reproducible record drawings are required. E. Payment of past due Departmental costs is required. We have been in discussion with Bank of America f representatives on this issue, and have indicated our willingness to off-set our costs by the amount of prior year C. S.A. 16 fees paid by the bank. Documentation of these previous payments, and payment of the net amount due, is pending. F. Execution of the utility easement by Y Trac Golf and Country Club is required. We received an easement proposal from Mike Quartaroli, and are currently finalizing our review. Minor changes will be required prior to execution. These will be transmitted to Mike Quartaroli .
