Hazzard <br /> Re: Hillside Greens Unit No. I <br /> The San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health Division has received <br /> your letter dated August 19, 1993 regarding health agency approval for individual sewage <br /> disposal and community water provided by County Service Area. <br /> We will approve the use of individual septic systems on each recorded lots 1 through 14 within <br /> this subdivision. The installation of septic systems must be under an application, permit <br /> inspection, and final approval from this Division. <br /> This septic system must meet San Joaquin County standards for individual disposal systems <br /> which include a septic tank and a double leach field system provided with an alternating <br /> distribution box. The permit fee is $114.00. <br /> This subdivision as proposed, is to be served domestic water by a Small Community Water <br /> System operated and maintained by San Joaquin County Service Areas (CSA) 16. As of today <br /> the San Joaquin County Board or Supervisors has not accepted this developed water system but <br /> is on the Board of Supervisors agenda for December 14, 1993 to be approved and accepted if <br /> the Par Green Partners L.P. comply with the final repair list from San Joaquin Public Works <br /> Division. Environmental Health Division will then allow building permits to be issued for lots <br /> 1 and 9 through 13.
