Statement of Facts <br /> A. Declarant is the owner of that certain real property situated in the County of San <br /> Joaquin, State of California described as follows: <br /> Lots One (1), Nine (9), Ten (10), Eleven (11), Twelve (12), and <br /> Thirteen (13) as shown on that certain map entitled "Hillside Greens <br /> Unit No. 1" filed for record the 11th day bf December, 1986 in Book <br /> Twenty-eight (28) of Maps and Plats, at Page Ten (10), San Joaquin <br /> County Records. , <br /> B. Said lots are the subject of this Declaration of Restriction. <br /> C. A septic system consisting of four leach lines sixty feet long with a four foot diameter • <br /> by twenty-five foot deep seepage pit at the end of each leach line has been installed <br /> for each of the subject lots. The system is installed opposite each lot within the <br /> Sewage Disposal Easement per Instrument No. 86012634, San Joaquin County <br /> Records. This,system is designed for a three bedroom single family residence per the <br /> current San Joaquin County Environment Health Department Standards. The <br /> construction of a residence with more than three bedrooms will require the installation <br /> of additional leach lines and septic pits under permit and inspection from the San <br /> Joaquin County Environmental health Division. <br /> 3.
