B. Said lots are the subject of this Declaration of Restriction. <br /> C. A septic system consisting of four leach lines sixty feet long with a four foot diameter <br /> by twenty-five foot deep seepage pit at the end of each leach line has been installed <br /> for each of the su[iject lots. The system is installed opposite each lot within the <br /> Sewage Disposal Easement per Instrument No. 86012634, San Joaquin County <br /> Records. This system is designed for a three bedroom single family residence per the <br /> current San Joaquin County Environment Health Department Standards. The <br /> construction of a residence with more than three bedrooms will require the installation <br /> of additional leach lines and septic pits under permit and inspection <br /> Joaquin County Environmental Health Division. from the San <br /> 3.
