The water service installation is <br /> acceptable to our Department, subject to the following requirements <br /> in addition to the conditions set forth in our letter dated <br /> September 24 , 1993 : <br /> 1. Water service shall be for shop building only. <br /> 2. A water meter (Sensus brand measurable in gallons) shall be <br /> installed and provided with attachment connector spud. <br /> 3 . If the shop building is to continue to be supplied with water <br /> from the existing well, an approved reduced pressure backflow <br /> prevention device will be required. The applicant shall have <br /> the reduced pressure backflow prevention device tested by a <br /> E licensed tester prior to final inspection. <br /> i <br /> 4.
