I have conferred with representa- <br /> tives of the Community Development and Public Health Services <br /> t Departments and developed the following list of requirements. In <br /> general, these represent an affirmation of original conditions of <br /> approval placed on the subdivision (see attached) . <br /> 1. Deed Restrictions or C.C. &R.s shall be adopted which address: <br /> A. The prohibition of house pets. <br /> + B. Street light operation and maintenance <br /> l <br /> (O&M) . <br /> C. Substantial compliance with originally <br /> I submitted narrative for C.C. &R.s. <br /> i <br /> D. on-site storm drainage collector and <br /> outfall system O&M. <br /> E. Easements and 0 & M for septic tanks, <br /> leach lines, and utilities. <br /> C.C.&R. documents shall be submitted to the Community Develop- <br /> ment Department for final approval. <br /> 2 . Completion of the wildlife foraging area and fencing, as shown <br /> on Sheet No. 16 of the improvement plans, is required. <br /> Documentation of acceptability by the California Department of <br /> Fish and Game shall be submitted to our Department. <br /> 7 <br />
