Completion of the on-site storm drainage collector and <br /> out-fall system, as shown on Sheet 10 of the improvement <br /> plans, is required. Verification of pond storage volume <br /> is required. As you are aware, the golf course is <br /> anxious to have this work completed to minimize impact to <br /> their fairway. <br /> 4 . A secondary emergency vehicle access shall be provided, <br /> as set forth. on Sheets 6 and 10 of the improvement plans.. <br /> 5. The water system shall be completed, and evidence of full <br /> compliance with County Standards and the California <br /> Administrative Code - Title 22 shall be submitted. <br /> 6. on-site "noise wa11s", as shown on Sheet 10 of the <br /> improvement plans, shall be completed. <br /> 7. Record drawings. ("As-Builts") of the improvements shall <br /> be submitted to our Department upon completion of the <br /> improvements. <br /> 8. Payment of excess costs incurred by the County, due to <br /> failure of the developer to complete the improvements <br /> within the specified time frame, are required. These <br /> costs are recoverable pursuant to Article 4 of the <br /> Subdivision Agreement originally entered into. Past due <br /> costs in the amount of $53,844.78 (for the period of time <br /> from November 26, 1987 through February 28, 1993) are <br /> required. <br /> 9. A 201 utility,. easement (centered- on the existing water <br /> main) shall be granted to the County, along the previously <br /> G abandoned portion of Luigia Road. This is required for <br /> operation and maintenance of the water system. <br /> 10. The developer shall apply for a permit to operate a public <br /> water system. Application shall be made to the County <br /> Public Health Services - Environmental Health Division. <br /> Application Fee: $300 <br /> Permit Fee: $350 <br /> The permit will be transferred to the County upon final <br /> acceptance of the system by the Board of Supervisors. <br />
