The domestic water supply and distribution system shall , <br /> conform to the requirements of the Local Health District <br /> and the Department. of Public Works. An.adequate water <br /> supply for fire protection with fire hydrants and connec- <br /> tion shall he installed in conformance with the require- <br /> ments of the County Fire Warden and the Tracy Fire <br /> District. The access road to the proposed storage tank <br /> i shall be paved. The domestic water system shall, be inter- <br /> connected with the County maintained Par Country Estates <br /> water system (CSA #16 ) . <br /> i. Annexation to the County Service Area #16 (Par Country <br /> Estates ) shall be made for the maintenance and operation of <br /> the domestic water system. <br /> j . Lot grading and storm drainage shall meet the requirements <br /> of the County. The drainage facilities- should consider the <br /> existing. overland flow from south and west of the project <br /> site, which currently drains into the -proposed site, as <br /> well as drainage from Chrisman Road. <br /> k. Street lighting shall be provided for all private streets <br /> and the developed side of Chrisman Road. The operation and <br /> maintenance of the street lights will be the responsibility. <br /> of the homeowners' association. <br /> 3 . Pacific Gas & Electric: <br /> Any area designated a common area within- Lots A, B, and C <br /> + shall be designated as. a public utility easement on the filed <br /> map. <br /> 4. Plannin% Division <br /> M a. The applicant shall provide Conditions, Covenants, and <br /> Restrictions to regulate the maintenance and operation of <br /> i the subdivision. The C. C. & R. 's shall be in substantial <br /> compliance with the brief narrative proposal for addressing <br /> maintenance and operation which was submitted to the <br /> Planning Division and dated March 1, 1985 (Hillside Greens, <br /> Addendum to Application) . <br />
