As you are aware; Par Green Partners is <br /> presently providing some off-site construction work in connection <br /> with the property that it recently acquired from the Bank of <br /> America which is identified"as Hillside Greens Unit No. 1 . <br /> Tracy Golf -& Country Club is' aware of the fact that leach lines are <br /> presently being installed on those lots on which houses presently <br /> exist, approximately eight in number. The country club is <br /> requesting.-that,- the developer install the leach lines at. the same <br /> 'time on the six vacant lots within that phase. <br /> The reason for this request is to preclude. any further disruptions <br /> to the golf course at the country club. As you are aware, the <br /> leach lines are being installed in a portion' of the golf course <br /> which is identified as -the 18th. €airway. The disruption to that <br /> fairway causes inconvenience to those of the country club' s members <br /> who play golf . To cause all of the leach lines to be installed for <br /> this phase at one time will, as you know, limit the disruption to <br /> one occasion only, as opposed to the -amount of further disruptions <br /> that could -otherwise -occur if 'leach 'limes on the- "remaining six lots-- <br /> were installed on a piece--meal basis . <br /> Thank you for your anticipated. cooperation_ in accommodating this <br /> request. <br /> Very truly yours, <br /> HOWARD L.
