The improvements were constructed at <br /> ' the expense of the Developers, and fees were paid by <br /> the Developers to cover the Department of Public works <br /> inspection costs . <br /> b) Ongoing -Current Year: <br /> r =No ongoing net County--cos-t -1s -anticipated during the . <br /> M current year. The improvements are guaranteed against <br /> r defects for a minimum of one year following acceptance <br /> of the Board of Supervisors. <br /> Lots within this Subdivision are on the tax rolls for <br /> k Fiscal Year 1993-94 and have been assessed user fees <br /> for services to be provided by County Service Area <br /> No. 16 . <br /> 4 <br /> f <br /> c) Ongoing-Future Costs : <br /> No ongoing net County costs are anticipated as all of <br /> the Subdivision improvements are to be privately owned <br /> and maintained, other than the water system. The water <br /> ' system will be maintained and operated by County <br /> Service Area No. 16, at no net cost to San Joaquin <br /> County. <br />
