Public utility easements shall be as required by Pacific <br /> Gas and Electric Company and Continental Telephone and <br /> all other public utilities. <br /> The undergrounding of utilities shall be waived <br /> under the provisions of Section 9-1731 of Ordinance <br /> 2634 ; location of overhead utilities shall be as <br /> prescribed by Section 9-1733 of Ordinance 2634. <br /> 4. Access to Atkins Road and Clements Road from Lots 1, 8, <br /> 9, 12, 18, 29 and 30 shall be restricted as per Section <br /> 91800 of Ordinance 2634. <br /> 5. The minimum net lot area shall be 10 acres. <br /> 6. in lieu of conveyance of park land to the County, as <br /> prescribed in Section 9-1450 of Ordinance 2634, as amended, <br /> the developer shall contribute fees of equivalent value as <br /> defined in said section. <br /> 7. A Preliminary Soil Report, as prescribed in Section <br /> 9-1507 of Ordinance 2634, as amended shall be required. <br /> The Final Map shall note and clearly delineate any building <br /> area free from the Intermediate Regional Flood (100 year <br /> flood) or other Flood Hazard.
