All improvements shall conform with the Improvement Standards and Specifications of the County of San Joaquin. All improvement plans and specifications must be approved by the County of San Joaquin Department of Public Works prior to the approval of the Final Map. If improvements referred to herein are not completed prior to the approval of the Final Map, the subdivider shall execute an agreement with the County of San Joaquin insuring the completion of improvements within one (1) year after filing the Final Map. Full street improvements in compliance with Section 1612 of Ordinance 2634 and Ordinance 672 shall be provided within the subdivision. East side of Atkins Road and the west side of Clements Road shall be fully improved in compliance with County standards. The subdivider shall pay users fees for the utility services from the time the improvements are accepted by the County to the end of the fiscal year, or up to a one (1) year period, as the case may be. 2. A. Terminal drainage shall be provided. Storm drainage shall be conveyed to Bear Creek. Lot grading and storm drainage improvements shall be part of the improvement plans _ The drainage system shall meet the requirements of the County and provide adequate drainage for the improvements (development) . The acceptance or approval by the County of the drainage system does not relieve the developer or his engineer of the responsibility of providing an adequate drainage system. &B. Water system or methods shall conform to 'the requirements of the Local Health District, the' Department of Public Works and San Joaquin County Ordinance 1862. C. ) Sewage disposal system or methods shall conform to the requirements of the San Joaquin Local Health District and Ordinance 549.
