All improvements shall conform with the Improvement <br /> Standards and Specifications of the County of San <br /> Joaquin. <br /> All improvement plans and specifications must be approved <br /> by the County of San Joaquin Department of Public Works <br /> prior to the approval of the Final Map. <br /> If improvements referred to herein are not completed <br /> prior to the approval of the Final Map, the subdivider <br /> shall execute an agreement with the County of San Joaquin <br /> insuring the completion of improvements within one (1) <br /> year after filing the Final Map. <br /> Full street improvements in compliance with Section 1612 of <br /> Ordinance 2634 and Ordinance 672 shall be provided within the <br /> subdivision. East side of Atkins Road and the west side of <br /> Clements Road shall be fully improved in compliance with <br /> County standards. <br /> The subdivider shall pay users fees for the utility services <br /> from the time the improvements are accepted by the County to <br /> the end of the fiscal year, or up to a one (1) year period, <br /> as the case may be. <br /> 2. A. Terminal drainage shall be provided. <br /> Storm drainage shall be conveyed to Bear Creek. Lot <br /> grading and storm drainage improvements shall be part <br /> of the improvement plans _ <br /> The drainage system shall meet the requirements of the <br /> County and provide adequate drainage for the improvements <br /> (development) . The acceptance or approval by the County <br /> of the drainage system does not relieve the developer <br /> or his engineer of the responsibility of providing an <br /> adequate drainage system. <br /> &B. Water system or methods shall conform to 'the requirements <br /> of the Local Health District, the' Department of Public <br /> Works and San Joaquin County Ordinance 1862. <br /> C. ) Sewage disposal system or methods shall conform to the <br /> requirements of the San Joaquin Local Health District <br /> and Ordinance 549. <br />
