Winery staff were not aware of the status of <br /> the septic system, according to Ms. Weinstock (personal communication, February 22, 2006). <br /> Review of the well permit on file for the Site (Section 4.3) indicated an additional septic system <br /> which serves the existing modular home. <br /> d3.3 On-Site Septic Repair Permit History <br /> No septic system repair permits were found for the Site during file review at EHD on February 14, <br /> 2006. <br /> /-': 4 Existing Septic Tank Usage in the Vicinity <br /> In an attempt to determine the septic system density for the vicinity of the Site, our office reviewed <br /> a 1993 aerial photograph available from Microsoft Terraserver. We counted the building clusters <br /> within one square mile of the Site, and made the assumption that each building cluster has one <br /> septic system. Using this method,we determined that there are a minimum of seven septic systems <br /> per square mile in the immediate vicinity of the Site. <br /> The general land use of the vicinity is agricultural. <br /> v 3.5 Septic Permit History in the Vicinity <br /> The following septic system permits were found for the vicinity of the Site during file review at <br /> EHD on February 14, 2006: <br /> F. <br /> 3 <br /> F '0004 <br /> R <br />
