Winery staff were not aware of the status of the septic system, according to Ms. Weinstock (personal communication, February 22, 2006). Review of the well permit on file for the Site (Section 4.3) indicated an additional septic system which serves the existing modular home. d3.3 On-Site Septic Repair Permit History No septic system repair permits were found for the Site during file review at EHD on February 14, 2006. /-': 4 Existing Septic Tank Usage in the Vicinity In an attempt to determine the septic system density for the vicinity of the Site, our office reviewed a 1993 aerial photograph available from Microsoft Terraserver. We counted the building clusters within one square mile of the Site, and made the assumption that each building cluster has one septic system. Using this method,we determined that there are a minimum of seven septic systems per square mile in the immediate vicinity of the Site.
