This approval shall be for the addition of four (4) <br /> gasoline pumps and a canopy. <br /> 2 . An Improvement Plan prepared by a registered Civil <br /> Engineer, showing drainage, driveway access details, on- <br /> site parking, existing and proposed utility services, and <br /> grading, shall be submitted for approval. Storm <br /> drainage/additional run-off shall be retained on-site, <br /> provisions shall be shown on the Improvement Plan.
