A minimum five--foot-wide planting strip is required along adjacent streets. The strip shall be continuous except where crossed by driveways. 10. A solid masonry wall six feet in height shall be erected along the westerly property line, and a five-foot-wide planting strip shall be installed adjacent to the wall. 11. Landscape details shall be shown on the Improvement Plan. 12 . A trash enclosure shall be provided and designated on the Improvement Plan. The enclosure shall be designed to accommodate all trash receptacles and constructed on three sides with a solid wall and gated on the fourth side. 13 . one freestanding sign shall be permitted.
