The Property is located at the southwest corner of Collier <br /> Road and State Route 99 West Frontage Road, Collierville. <br /> Associate Planner .Bruce Baracco entroduced a staff report into the <br /> record. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING OPENED <br /> PROPONENTS: Dennis Kulik said he concurred with- the recommended con- <br /> ditions of approval. He said he intends to improve the property. He <br /> said he has a lease agreement with the adjoining property owner in <br /> order to provide more land to meet the requirements of the Local <br /> Health District. <br /> Supervising Sanitarian Carl Borgman said that the Health District <br /> would want to review that agreement. <br /> OPPONENTS: None <br /> PUBLIC HEARING CLOSED <br /> Comm. Jungeblut commented that this project would appear to bring an <br /> improvement to the area. <br /> MOTION: Moved, seconded (Gillespie-Morri ) and carried by a unanimous <br /> roll call vote to: <br /> 1. Approve a Negative Declaration and instruct the Clerk to file a <br /> Notice of determination; and <br /> 2 . Approve Use Permit Application No. UP-87-12 based on the findings <br /> in the staff .report and subject to the conditions of approval in <br /> the staff report. <br /> Comm.
