Dedicate a 25-foot-wide right-of-way from the centerline <br /> of Fine Road to the property line across the frontage of <br /> Parcel 1 . <br /> 2 . PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> Ordinance Requirements: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified <br /> as pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements <br /> may also apply. Ordinance Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> a. A soil suitability study as required by Section 9-10100 <br /> of the San Joaquin County Development Code must be <br /> performed prior to Parcel Map approval to indicate that <br /> r the area is suitable for septic tank usage. A permit for <br /> the percolation test is required from the Environmental <br /> Health Division. <br /> If the soil suitability study is favorable: <br /> b. Construct an individual sewage disposal system under a <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division at the time of development. <br /> C. Construct an individual domestic water well under a well <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division at the time of development. <br /> If the soil suitability study indicates that development <br /> cannot occur on septic systems, then a Parcel Map cannot be <br /> filed. <br /> 3 .
