Jungeblut said that the Sambado family is a farm <br /> family and they are involved in cherries and he felt that the major <br /> portion of the family income would come from the farming operation. <br /> Comm. Holly said that the applicant earns her living from the <br /> farming operation and plans to live on the proposed homesite. <br /> Comm. Rojas said the applicant does not plan to build immediately <br /> but will when the children leave home and that could be several <br /> years in the future. The parcel could be sold by that time. <br /> Comm. Carter said she would be concerned over possible subdivision <br /> of the frontage. <br /> MOTION: Moved, seconded (Jungeblut-Holly) to approve the Negative <br /> Declaration and approve Minor Subdivision Application No. MS-91-46 <br /> with the Findings and Conditions of Approval given in the staff <br /> report. <br /> Comms. Rojas, Carter and Morri voted no. Comms. Bozzano and <br /> Gillispie were absent.
