V U <br /> r <br /> -2_ <br /> I <br /> • Neighborhood Opposition: As noted above, we have received a letter in opposition <br /> to the project the primary issue is drainage and the water standing on Hewitt Road. <br /> • Second Unit Dwelling: The Second Unit Dwelling approved as part of your <br /> application for Second Unit Dwelling Application No. SD-93-77 appears to be the <br /> primary residence. Therefore, it is in violation of your approved permit. <br /> Once the above issues have been adequately addressed. This matter will be scheduled for <br /> the Planning Commission. This application had been tentatively scheduled for Marchl9th. <br /> Because the time to address the above issues will probably extend past the fifty day limit <br /> imposed by the Subdivision Map Act, a letter is requested by the applicant to extend this time <br /> period. Once the issues are adequately addressed and mitigated staff will schedule this item <br /> for hearing before the Planning Commission with the following recommended conditions: <br /> Major Subdivision Application No. SU-97-5 was approved by the San Joaquin County Planning <br /> Commission on . The effective date of approval is . This tentative map approval will <br /> expire on , which is three years from the date of approval, unless (1) all Conditions of <br /> Approval have been complied with and (2) a Final Map has been riled with and accepted by the <br /> County Surveyor. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and Ordinance requirements shall be <br /> complied with prior to approval of the Final Map. Those Conditions followed by a Section <br /> Number have been identified as Ordinance requirements pertinent to this application.
