The fee is due and <br /> payable at the time of building permit application. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. All improvements shall be in conformance with the Improvement Standards and Specifications; <br /> of the County of San Joaquin. All improvement plans and specifications shall include grading <br /> plan for each individual lot, if applicable. These improvement plans and specifications are <br /> subject to plan check, field inspection fees and must be approved by the County of San Joaquin <br /> Department of Public Works prior to approval of the Final Map. i� <br /> (Development Title Section 9-910.2) <br /> 2.
