The fee is due and <br /> payable at the time of building permit application. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. All improvements shall be in conformance with the Improvement Standards and Specifications; <br /> of the County of San Joaquin. All improvement plans and specifications shall include grading <br /> plan for each individual lot, if applicable.
