Summary <br /> The proposed project does not appear to be consistent with the Commercial Development <br /> Policies, Industrial Development Policies, Agricultural Lands Policies, or the Wastewater <br /> treatment Policies of the General Plan. If the project is inconsistent with the General Plan, <br /> Basis 1. for Zone Reclassifications cannot be made in the affirmative. <br /> NOTE: The pre-application is designed to inform prospective applicants of General Plan <br /> consistency, zoning consistency, public improvement requirements, preliminary design <br /> constraints and opportunities, and major environmental and safety issues. This information <br /> is provided in the hope of assisting the applicant in submitting better and more complete <br /> application, as well as minimizing processing time.
