These <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1. A soil suitability study indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank usage <br /> must be performed prior to acceptance of the application as required by Section 9- <br /> 1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County Development Title. A nitrate loading study <br /> is required and a review fee of$390.00 must be paid at time of submittal to <br /> Environmental Health Division. <br /> 2. State on revised plans or improvement plans the maximum number of employees <br /> the sewage disposal system is being designed for and that the Ieach field area will <br /> be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area. <br /> This leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only and cannot <br /> contain any underground utility lines. (San Joaquin County Development Title <br /> Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). <br /> (ORD/EHD) <br /> 3. In order for the existing well to be used and meet the requirements as a Public <br /> Water System, the applicant will need to satisfy requirements of C,C.R., Title 22, <br /> and Health and Safety Code, Section 116525 through 116570.
