Underground Storage tanks were removed on March 18, 1998, and these tanks <br /> were left on the site in violation of the Uniform Fire Code and not consistent with <br /> the approved closure plan for these tanks. Tanks must be removed from the site <br /> Il according to the approved closure plan and Fire Code requirements. All other <br /> conditions of the approved closure plan, including all reports, manifests and other <br /> required documents, must be completed and provided to the Environmental <br /> Health Division. (Health and Safety Code, Section 25298). <br /> 5. Submission of three (3) sets of food facility plans to the Environmental Health <br /> Division for review and approval prior to issuance of building permit(s). <br /> (California Health and Safety Code, Section 27550) <br /> (ORD/EHD) j <br /> 6. If floor drains are required, they must be plumbed through a sand/oil separator and <br /> discharged to an above ground system approved by the Environmental Health <br /> Division. This system must be designed by a registered engineer. The material <br /> collected in the above ground holding system must be analyzed for hazardous <br /> constituents prior to disposal. Specific test requirements may be obtained from <br /> the Environmental Health Division. A $156.00 plan check fee is required at the <br /> time of submittal. <br /> (ORD/EHD) <br /> 7. If hazardous material is stored on site, applicant must register with County Office f <br /> of Emergency Services. <br /> (COND/EHD) ' <br /> 8. If hazardous waste is generated, applicant must obtain a EPA identification <br /> number and comply with applicable regulations. <br /> (COND/EHD) <br /> 9.
