M and M
Builders has an on-site well located next the western garage wall. The concrete aggregate plant
to the west has one well which is apparently used for on-site water consumption. The
remainder of the wells are either side-gradient to, or up gradient of, the subject site.
These wells are all screened or perforated into deeper aquifers in the area where groundwater
yields are very large. the well screen/perforation log data indicates that most wells tap water
in deeper confined groundwater bearing strata. The well logs appear sealed through the shallow
aquifer zone with seals extending 30- to 50-feet or deeper. One irrigation well (about 10 0 0-
feet west of the subject site) did not report a surface seal on their log.
Shallow groundwater has been observed on-site at depths of about 17-feet during underground
storage tank removals.
Page 2
