j In our opinion the reported water well seal lengths and the distance of these water wells to the site, indicate that should a plume exist at M and M Builders, it should not be a threat to existing wells assumed currently in use.- M and M Builders has not reported a water contamination problem in their on-site supply well to our knowledge. Wright has submitted a site assessment work plan to the PHS-EHD for further soil and groundwater sampling and a field work scheduling date is pending. i Limitations This report has been prepared specifically for_ the M & MjjBuilders site at 8111 East 11th Street, Tracy, CA, and was done according to the State and_ local agency suggested guidance documents for these investigations.
