These two events were documented in the same report.
'f
The Quarterly Monitoring report dated May 2002 has the chain of custody for the sampling of the two domestic wells dated
April 16, 2002. This report also documents the sampling of the onsite monitoring wells, but no chain of custody or
laboratory reports were in the copy of the report that the County received. if
f
I also noticed that the November 2001 Site Assessment Report, documenting the second geoprobe investigation and
monitoring well installations, was missing a chain of custody for the soil samples.
Could you please supply the County with copies of these missing documents,so we can have a complete record for this
site. In summary, the chain of custody and laboratory data from the monitoring well sampling reported in the May 2002
report, and the chain of custody for the soil samples from the November 2001 report.
Thanks,
Lori Duncan, Senior REHS
San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department
(209)468-0337
Iduncan@sjcehd.com
hl
,If
'I
(4
j
i!
I
1 i
