California Inte ated Waste Mane ement Board F` The Solid Waste Information_ System (SWIS) database is maintained by the California Integrated Waste Management Board g (CIWMB). The SWIS database contains an inventory of solid waste disposal facilities or landfills. These may be active or inactive facilities or open dumps that failed to meet RCRA Section 2204 criteria for solid waste landfills or disposal sites. The SWIS database list was reviewed for reference to the subject property and to sites located within one-quarter(114)mile of the subject property. Our review of the SWIS database fist dated February 2001 noted that the subject propg, does not appear on the SWIS database at this time. The SWIS database list notes no (0) sites which are F within the 114 mile radius. F V. HISTORICAL USE INFORMATION r* A. Aerial PhotostralRhs, Aerial photographs depicting the subject property dated 1975 and 1983 were reviewed at the San Joaquin County Surveyor's Office in Stockton, California. Aerial photography dated 1993 from USGS (TerraServer)was also reviewed. The 1975 aerial photograph depicts the subject property as bare with no apparent vegetation. To the north of the subject property is Thirteenth Street and several bare residential lots. To the west of the subject property is an empty lot and residences. To the south of the subject property is a small orchard and residence. To the east of the subject property is "D" Street and a regional park. F The 1983 aerial photograph depicts no apparent changes to the subject property since the 1975 aerial photograph. E In 1993 the subject property is still bare and most features remain unchanged. There are clearly F- residences to the north across Thirteenth Street. B. USGS Topographic Maps F1 Topographic f maps p o the subject property were reviewed at the County Surveyor's Office in Stockton F and NOA's files in Lodi. A map of the Stockton East quadrangle published in 1952 was reviewed as well as the 1968 and the 1968 edition which was photorevised in 1987. These maps show the surrounding area was undeveloped with no streets shown in 1952. By 1968, Eleventh Street and Monroe School are evident and Thirteenth Street dead ends at the subject property; "D" Street has not been constructed. A few structures are shown in the vicinity, but no park structures. 7 4
