California Inte ated Waste Mane ement Board <br /> F` The Solid Waste Information_ System (SWIS) database is maintained by the California Integrated <br /> Waste Management Board <br /> g (CIWMB). The SWIS database contains an inventory of solid waste <br /> disposal facilities or landfills. These may be active or inactive facilities or open dumps that failed to <br /> meet RCRA Section 2204 criteria for solid waste landfills or disposal sites. The SWIS database list <br /> was reviewed for reference to the subject property and to sites located within one-quarter(114)mile <br /> of the subject property. <br /> Our review of the SWIS database fist dated February 2001 noted that the subject propg, does not <br /> appear on the SWIS database at this time. The SWIS database list notes no (0) sites which are <br /> F within the 114 mile radius. <br /> F V. HISTORICAL USE INFORMATION <br /> r* <br /> A. Aerial PhotostralRhs, <br /> Aerial photographs depicting the subject property dated 1975 and 1983 were reviewed at the San <br /> Joaquin County Surveyor's Office in Stockton, California. Aerial photography dated 1993 from <br /> USGS (TerraServer)was also reviewed. <br /> The 1975 aerial photograph depicts the subject property as bare with no apparent vegetation. To <br /> the north of the subject property is Thirteenth Street and several bare residential lots. To the west <br /> of the subject property is an empty lot and residences. To the south of the subject property is a small <br /> orchard and residence. To the east of the subject property is "D" Street and a regional park. <br /> F <br /> The 1983 aerial photograph depicts no apparent changes to the subject property since the 1975 aerial <br /> photograph. <br /> E <br /> In 1993 the subject property is still bare and most features remain unchanged. There are clearly <br /> F- residences to the north across Thirteenth Street. <br /> B. USGS Topographic Maps <br /> F1 <br /> Topographic f <br /> maps p o the subject property were reviewed at the County Surveyor's Office in Stockton <br /> F and NOA's files in Lodi. A map of the Stockton East quadrangle published in 1952 was reviewed as <br /> well as the 1968 and the 1968 edition which was photorevised in 1987. These maps show the <br /> surrounding area was undeveloped with no streets shown in 1952. By 1968, Eleventh Street and <br /> Monroe School are evident and Thirteenth Street dead ends at the subject property; "D" Street has <br /> not been constructed. A few structures are shown in the vicinity, but no park structures. <br /> 7 <br /> 4 <br />
