INTERVIEWS <br /> An attempt was made to obtain historical, as well ascurrent information relative to the subject <br /> Property from the property owner or key site manager of the property. The objective ofthe interview <br /> process is to obtain information indicating recognized environmental conditions in connection with <br /> the proposed project site. An Environmental Questionnaire and Disclosure-Statement was completed <br /> by the property owner for use by NOA Environmental for this report. <br /> According to Mr. Chay Lo, the property owner, the subject property is currently a fenced,bare lot <br /> that is going to be split into two parcels with each parcel to be prepared for a residence. In addition, <br /> r the property owner notes that prior to the latest subdivision in 1993 the an land <br /> W.Lo has no knowledge of was used for fanning. <br /> g Y aboveground or underground storage tanks on the subject property. <br /> IF A copy of Mr. Lo's responses has been included in this report as Appendix D. <br /> VII. SITE VISIT/ASSESSMENT <br /> FA visual reconnaissance of the subject property was conducted prior to the compilation of this report. <br /> Photographs of the subject property are attached to this report as A <br /> F <br /> p ppendiat B. A site <br /> visit/assessment checklist is attached to this report as Appendix C. <br /> The subject property is located at the southwest corner Thirteenth & "D" Streets in Stockton, <br /> California. The subject property is bare land covered with weeds and a rented chain-link enclosure <br /> fence at the perimeter. <br /> VIII. FINDINGS AND CONCLUSIONS <br /> This assessment has revealed no evidence of recognized environmental conditions in connection with <br /> the subject property. In addition, it should be noted the property is to remain as residential use after <br /> the parcel split is complete. <br /> 3 XI.
