I. SUMMARY <br /> FNOA ENVIRONMENTAL has been retained by Mr. Chay Lo, 7718 E. Highway 26, Stockton, <br /> California 95215 to conduct a Surface/Subsurface Contamination Report for the.property located at <br /> the southwest corner Thirteenth& "D" Streets in Stockton, San Joaquin County, California 95205. <br /> The purpose of this Surface/Subsurface Contamination Report is to identify to the extent feasible any <br /> potential source of surface or subsurface contamination caused by past or current land uses. The <br /> property owners plan to split the parcel in to two residential parcels. <br /> F; Regional and local database lists were reviewed, and local and regional agencies were contacted in <br /> order to determine if any recognized environmental conditions exist on the subject property. The <br /> search radius for this investigation extended to adjoining properties,and to properties within a search <br /> r, radius of one-quarter (114) anile. As an adjunct to the database search, the subject property <br /> background and history of past use were investigated. Physical characteristics including the <br /> topography, soil type, and groundwater depth and flow direction beneath the subject property are <br /> discussed. Interviews were conducted and a site reconnaissance was completed. The data pertinent <br /> to this investigation can be found in the body of this document. The primary investigator for the <br />{ assessment was Clifford Walker, Jr.- California Registered Environmental Assessor#1`=00797. <br /> 7 <br />
