History of Parcels
When I use the word existing, in the following descriptions, it means
from 1974 when my family moved to Davis Road.
1
11535, 11615.N. DaRd. These were split in 1965 by Division of Land
#537 into two one acre parcels. 11615 was further split by Lot Split
#607 in Nov. '67 into two half acre parcels. 11535 is used for nursery
storage and a permit was issued in 7-82 for an agricultural storage.
11615 is owned by the Yarboroughs. The home was existing and the
side Z acre field is vacant. Mr. Yarborough plans to sell the vacant lot
. in the future for money for his retirement.
3
11655 N. DavisThis property is owned by the Aguillars. It is 1.92
acres with a home and barn. I don't know when it was formed as a lot
and the house was existing. In 4-94 a permit was issued to add a bed
and bath to the home.
i 11540 thru 11640 N. Davin Rd. These are four sixty acre fields on the
east side of Davis Rd. They are owned by the Olegarys. They used to
be used for raising sheep, but were recently planted with grapes.
I
11677, 11695, 11717. 11733/11745 N. DavThis land was originally
owned by Frank Rabusin. He farmed it and raised cattle, mostly calves.
This land was split by Division of Land 73-237 in March 1973 into three
5 acre parcels and 110.26 acre parcel (my parents). 11677 is 5 acres
and was sold to the Duivenvoordes. A permit was issued 4-74 for a
single family residence. Around 1976 the Holland Dutch Nursery was
established and remains today. 11695 is 5 acres and was sold to the
f Walkers. A permit was issued in 1974 for a single family residence.
Nick says he already has a permit to build a second home on the
property. 11717 is a 5 acre parcel and in 4-73 a permit was issued for a
single family residence.
