I could not <br /> find a land division. There is a lot line on the assessor map but not on <br /> the lot history map. This property was owned by the Papkes. 11815 <br /> received a permit to build a 2 bedroom studio in 8-89 under the names <br /> Fred and Donna Keville. 11833 has an existing home and barn. It is the <br /> residence of the Papkes. <br /> 111824- 11870 N. Davis11824 is a 1.03 parcel. It's lot lines were <br /> moved in 1981 under a re-subdivision PM 81-112. Records said the <br /> parcel was created by deed in 4-63 and the re-subdivision allows the <br /> owner to sell the land and keep his home. The home here was existing. <br /> 11870 is 27.84 acres with a driveway on Davis that goes east. There is <br /> a large two-story house. I could not find a permit to build, and the <br /> planning personnel could only find a permit for electrical. <br />
