L
acres were split from twenty for an owner-operator homesite parcel by
a minor subdivision on 6-30-92. 1900 belongs to Ed Dos Reis. A permit
to build was issued 11-76. There is also a barn with residence
permitted 11-74 and another barn. The other two houses 1700
permitted 12-95 and 1830 permitted 4-93 are on the 18 acres. I don't
know who owns them. I was originally under the impression that Dos
Reis owned the entire field when he moved there but the minor
subdivision was requested by an Anthony Avale. The field west of
these is vacant.
W. ARoad, i In these
vacant fields there are two 1.5 acre parcels on either sides of the
tracks for a total of four. The property is owned by the Olegarys and
was split in 6-89 by MS 89-69, PM 17-13, a minor subdivision to
subdivide two parcels into four homesite parcels with 149 acres
remaining. Only the two east most parcels are noted on the condensed
plot map.
2633, 2634, 2778, 2785,2815,-2822 W..Armstrong Rd. All of these
addresses are a part of Beck Farms, on the corner of Armstrong and
DeVries Rds. They are not noted on the condensed plot map but I
wanted to include them because it appears they have yet other
mechanisms they used to build. This land from PM 76-10 was denied by
the development committee to be split into 10 and 28 acres on 10-15-
75. It was then approved by the planning commission on 11-6-75. I did
not read through all the documents because at least one microfilm was
missing and the others were quite extensive. A Development plan DP
84-11 was filed in 8-83 for a private horse arena . 2633 was issued by
5D 91-53 2nd dwelling on 10 acre parcel with categorical exemption,
"Granny Housing" on 12-90. At this same address, on 1-29-91 a permit
was issued to put a bathroom in the barn and demolish a house, then on
5-3-91 a permit was issued to build a 2 story, 5 bedroom and on 6-5-91
a permit was issued to add a conservatory to the house, and on 10-10-91
i
