These were split in 6-82 by a new parcel map with a subdivision for a
relative to live on the property. This split was publicly heard before it
occurred, PM 82-118. 1118 was issued a permit to build on 3-85 and
1138 had an existing home.
1158, 1183 W. Armstrong Rd. 1158 is a 2.27 acre parcel and 1183 is a
7.28 acre parcel. They were split in 9-84 by certificate of compliance,
r CC 85-12, CC 85-13. The records say this property was deed into two
parcels Dec. 1939. This property is the same that appears to be part
of 11888 N. Davis Rd. at one time. 1158 was issued a permit to build
and conduct business 12-98. There is a mailbox that reads 1183, but I
found no house and the planning personnel could not find this address.
1197, 1225, 1255, 1283 W. Armstrong Rd. These were initially divided
into three parcels by Division of Land #500 on 11-64 into 2.2acres and
two 1 acre parcels. 1255 and 1283 were again divided by lot split #471
on 2-65 into two 2 acre parcels. All of these houses are existing. 1197
is currently in court to be split again.
1515, 1586 W. Armstrong Rd, These two parcels are .79 and 1.27 acres.
Both had existing houses and I think were split when 11975 and 11983
N. Davis Rd. were.
1602_ W/Armstrong Rd. There is a mailbox for this address but I find
only a driveway and f ield of grapes with no house. The field is part of
1700 and 1830 W. Armstrong. The planning personnel have no record
of this address.
1700, 1830,1900 W. Armstrong Rd. These properties are confusing.
The Lot lines show a 2.02 acre lot for 1900 and a 18.17 acre lot for
1700 and 1830. The fences for 1900 are not straight like the lot lines
on the maps. On the lot history map it says over 300x300 record 7-1-
65. It also references MS 92-111 and PM 18-165 which say the two
i
