Live Oak searched both databases on April 14, 2014 for any listed sites within one- quarter mile of the Site. The subject Site was not listed on either database, and no listed facilities were identified within the search radius. 7.2 Environmental Health Department Databases Live Oak reviewed the EHD's Underground Storage Tank Site Mitigation List, dated July 21, 2011, for surrounding facilities of concern. No listed facilities were identified within one-quarter mile of the Site. Live Oak reviewed the EHD's Water Well Data Table dated March 10, 2009 for nearby addresses that have been tested for nitrate and dibromochloropropane (DBCP). Two nearby wells were identified at addresses located within approximately one-half mile of the Site. Both of the wells were tested for DBCP. DBCP was not detected in one well; it was detected in the other at a concentration of 1.7 ppb (µg/L). Only one of the wells was tested for nitrate as NO3., it was detected at a concentration of 34.0 mg/L. The Maximum Contaminant Level (MCL) set by the US EPA for nitrate as NO3 is 45 mg/L; the MCL for DBCP is 0.2 �tg/L. 7.3 Agricultural Commissioner's Records The San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioner's Office was contacted regarding agricultural use of the site. As of the date of this report, chemical use records from that _ office are not yet available. The records will be submitted as an addendum to this report as soon as they are received. 7.4 Department of Oil, Gas, and Geothermal Resources Maps The California Department of Oil, Gas, and Geothermal Resources (DOGGR) Online Mapping System (DOMS) was queried on April 10, 2014 for mapped oil or gas wells within one-quarter mile of the subject Site. No wells were identified within the search radius. 7.5 National Pipeline Mapping System Database Live Oak reviewed the National Pipeline Mapping System (NPMS) database on April 12, 2014 for evidence of hazardous materials pipelines within one-quarter mile of the Site. Two natural gas transmission pipelines were identified along Woodbridge Road one- quarter mile north of the Site. Two additional natural gas transmission pipelines were identified along Turner Road one-half mile south of the Site. All four pipelines are operated by Pacific Gas and Electric Company and are in service. Additional local pipelines which are not mapped by the NPMS may be present in the area as well. LOGE 1406 Page 5
