The driveway and approach shall be improved in accordance with the requirements of <br /> Uniform Fire Code Section 10.207, San Joaquin County Standards F-1 a, F-1 b, and F-1 c, <br /> and the Woodbridge Rural Fire District prior to issuance of the occupancy permit. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145.5) <br /> b. An encroachment permit shall be required for work within the road right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145.2) <br /> C. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this development. The fee is due i <br /> and payable at the time of building permit application. The fee currently is$1,214.00 per <br /> 1,000 gross square feet of building designated as'Manufacturing' in the Lodi area. The <br /> fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering Construction <br /> Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record. (Resolutions R-90-304 and <br /> R-91-1025) <br /> i <br /> 3. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: (Staff Contact, Mike Huggins, 468-3437) <br /> a. Construction of an individual sewage disposal system under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development. (Development Title <br /> Sections 9-1110.3 and 9-1110.4) <br /> b. Submit an improvement plan to the San Joaquin County Community Development <br /> Department,for approval by the Environmental Health Division,which shows sewage and <br /> well information as required by the improvement plan (including a 100 percent expansion <br /> area). <br /> G. State on revised plans or improvement plans the maximum number of employees the <br /> sewage disposal system is being designed for and that the leach field area will be <br /> barricaded so that it cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area. This <br /> leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only and cannot contain any <br /> underground utility lines.
