1 3.7 Description of proposed or expected maximum (including second unit dwellings) septic ' tank usage on site: There are no immediate plans for construction. However, each parcel is entitled to a primary residence and a second unit dwelling. Any new septic systems must be constructed under a permit. ' 4.0 GROUNDWATER INFORMATION SECTION ' 4.1 Description of the depth and gradient of groundwater in the general area: The depth to ground water in this area is approximately 40 feet according to the map of"Lines of Equal Depth to Groundwater" published Spring, 2016, by the San Joaquin County Flood and Water tConservation District. The gradient descends from east to west. 4.2 Description/discussion of any existing and/or potential groundwater ' contamination issues in the general location of the site: The concerns for groundwater contamination in this area are deemed moderate due to the depths involved. Insecticides, pesticides, and fertilizers typically do not significantly impact groundwater at these depths, ' however, as with any agricultural area, there is always a potential for contamination due to chemicals used in the farming operation. ' 4.3 Description of location (address/APN), type and construction of well and location (well head/kitchen tap)where water sample(s)were obtained: Water samples were taken from a spigot at the well located on the subject property, located at 20002 N. DeVries Road on December 13, 2017 by Matthew Murphy of Dillon& Murphy. 4.4. Description of constituents being tested for in the water sample: The water samples are ' being tested for nitrates and DBCP. 4.5 Description of how sample was obtained, handled, stored, and transported to the ' lab: The water samples were obtained from spigot located at 20002 N. DeVries Road. The samples were taken by Matthew Murphy of Dillon & Murphy, and driven directly to Precision Enviro-Tech. The samples were taken and handled in accordance with Precision Enviro-Tech ' requirements. The results from the test can be found in the Appendix. 4,6 Complete Chain of Custody document,including printed and signed name of third party ' sampler, condition of sample and date and time the sample was submitted to the lab. For Laboratory samplers, complete laboratory report to include the above noted information: The complete chain of custody document is located in the Appendix.
