t 1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT: <br /> ' 1.1 Description of Site: The project consists of three parcels totaling 200'x-acres, located at <br /> 20002, 20271 and 20309 DeVries Road, Lodi, California. The project is in an Agricultural <br /> ' community and is zoned AG-40. The project parcel numbers are 013-030-07 and 08 and <br /> 013-060-09. <br /> ' Description of proposed development: It is proposed to create one 5 acre parcel, one 40 acre <br /> parcel, one 44 acre parcel, one 35 acre parcel, and a"Designated Remainder" parcel. <br /> ' 1.2 Parcel vicinity location map: (See Appendix). <br /> 1.3 Site map: (See Appendix). <br /> ' 2.0 PAST, PRESENT,AND PROPOSED FUTURE USES OF THIS SITE: <br /> ' 2.1 Discussion of Past,Present uses at the site to assess potential problems: The present owner, <br /> Minor Hass, LLC (c/o Peter Lenz), has owned this property for 10+years. The past and present <br /> uses of the property have been for a homesite and vineyard. The 5.0 acre parcel will be used as a <br /> ' "Homesite" parcel, the remaining parcels will continue to be used for agriculture. <br /> 3.0 EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE SECTION: <br /> ' 3.1 Description of Existing on-site septic tank usage: The purpose of this project is to create <br /> a 5.0 acre "Homesite" parcel, a 40 acre parcel, a 44 acre parcel, a 35 acre parcel, and a <br /> ' 'Designated Remainder" parcel. (See Appendix) <br /> 3.2 Site Septic Permit History: Research for septic permits revealed permits for this parcel. <br /> ' (See Appendix) <br /> 3.3 Discussion of On-site Repair History: There is history of septic repair/addition. (See <br /> ' Appendix) <br /> 3.4 Description of Existing Septic Tank Usage in the General Area: Septic systems in the <br /> ' general area consists of what seam to be standard systems consisting of leach lines and seepage <br /> pits. <br /> ' 3.5 General area septic permit history (number/types/dates of permits, age of system, <br /> permit numbers, copies in report): In searching permits for septic systems in San Joaquin <br /> County Environmental Health Department records,the septic systems in this general area range <br /> ' in installation dates from 1967 to 1999. (Copies of permits are in index.) <br /> 3.6 Discussion of general area septic tank repair history: Repair history of the septic systems <br /> ' in this area reveal that the leach lines and seepage pits have resulted in consistent unerring <br /> performance.
