The maximum sound level is 50 dB Hourly Equivalent Sound Level <br /> daytime, 45 dB Hourly Equivalent Sound Level nighttime, 70 dB maximum sound <br /> daytime, 65 dB maximum sound nighttime. This applies to outdoor activity area of <br /> receiving use, or applies at lot line if no activity area is known. (Development Title Table <br /> 9-1025.9 Part II) <br /> o) BUILDING CODE REQUIREMENTS: The following Uniform Building Code and San <br /> Joaquin County Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the <br /> construction plans before submittal to the Building Inspection Division: <br /> 1) The proposed use will change the occupancy from a U occupancy to a MIS-1 <br /> occupancy (U.B.C. Section 3405). The structure must be brought into compliance with <br /> all current code provisions including structural, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, energy <br /> and disabled access requirements. A licensed architect or registered engineer shall <br /> prepare all documents. <br /> 2) Provide parking for the physically disabled. The space(s) shall be located as close as <br /> possible to the primary entrance.
