DeVries Road and I also reside at the home at this <br /> location. This letter is in response to a letter that my landlord received about <br /> an application for a use permit for an off-site wine cellar with marketing <br /> events at 23627 N. DeVries Rd. in Lodi. The application number is PA- <br /> O8OO2O3(UP). I thought that this property already had their permits since <br /> they have had many events at their property. I do have a concern of the <br /> amount of noise and traffic that will and has already posed a problem. I am <br /> definitely close enough to be bothered by music, dust and conjestion from <br /> traffic, and noise in general that I would not have to be bothered by <br /> otherwise. I already witnessed two traffic hazards at the corner of Peltier <br /> and DeVries from traffic going to and from their rental facilities. I moved <br /> out to this location to have piece at quiet and to get away from all the hustle <br /> and bustle. There are no other public businesses out in this area. It is zoned <br /> for agriculuture and should remain so. At one event that they hosted guests <br /> had to be shuttled to and from their cars because they didn't have addaquit <br /> parking within their property. I believe this property owner should have <br /> spoke to all the neighbors before planning to do such events. Please take <br /> these concerns into consideration before issuing this use permit. <br /> I would like to be notified of any hearing dates for this project.
